Shipping policy

Shipping on any physical products will vary upon shipping time selected and paid for. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling times. Please allow for shipping times and allow adequate time for system information to update.

All tech packs are currently digital files and digital downloads. All purchases of any digital files will be sent in a link through the email provided upon purchase. A link is also provided in the purchase confirmation screen for immediate downloaded.

Please retain and provide email receipt in case that something may go wrong within the downloader, and you cannot download the files we will require proof of purchase to dispute any orders.
